  • Are We Right For Each Other?

    It all begins when we receive your call or email. We will only be able to help you if your experience falls within one of our specialist areas of recruitment.

    We believe that you’ll achieve the best outcome by working with us on an exclusive basis, however, if you choose to be represented by other agencies it is vital that you have a clear understanding of recruitment best practice, we’ve summarised that for you here.

  • Getting To Know You

    We’ve established we can help you, so you’ll now be assigned a dedicated recruitment consultant who will ask you to complete a registration process - just to capture the information we need to progress your job search. You’ll also be invited to meet your consultant, this is a great chance to really get to know each other and for your consultant to understand the type of job you are looking for and your career aspirations.

  • It’s Good To Talk

    Now we have all the information we need, it’s time for us to get to work representing you. We’ll research and short-list appropriate job opportunities for you, saving you a lot of time. Before sending your CV forward to vacancies we will always ask your permission.

    We know it can be a nerve-wracking time, but it‘s our job to provide you with impartial advice on vacancy suitability, selecting those that are best suited to you.

    When you are selected for interview, we’ll help you prepare, confirm the interview arrangements and follow up to hear how you found the experience. Sometimes the right job doesn’t come along immediately, but until it does we’ll keep in regular contact with you because we are interested to know if your circumstances have changed.

  • You Said Yes!

    Congratulations. We’ll continue to support you through your resignation period and negotiate your start date with your new employer. If you have accepted a permanent job, we’ll provide aftercare for the first three months. If you have secured a temporary assignment, we’ll stay in weekly contact with you.

  • Feedback

    We really do want to know what you think of our service, so we’ll ask you to complete a short questionnaire at the end of your recruitment experience.   • Expert Advice

    We’ll discuss your vacancy at our first account management meeting, this is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions about our service too.

    If you are not quite sure of the exact skillset you require, our experienced consultants will work with you to identify them - this is essential for the selection process to be effective. We’ll also advise on market rates, benefit package expectations, candidate availability and employment trends.

  • Meet The Best Candidates

    Whether you are looking for a part-time employee or a full-time team, it’s important that we completely understand your requirements and that you completely understand how we’ll meet (and hopefully exceed!) your expectations.

    We know our candidates, understand their skills, their aspirations and their personalities, so we will provide an honest, impartial and constructive appraisal on those we shortlist for you.

  • Relationship Management

    Our philosophy is to partner with clients. We offer a fresh perspective, alternative solutions and recommendations. Acting as an extension to your in-house team, your account manager will maintain regular communication with you throughout the search and selection process. We also arrange interviews, manage “Right to Work in the UK” compliance, feedback to candidates on your behalf and consult on new employee start dates. We provide aftercare during the first three months' of every permanent placement and maintain on-going contact for temporary assignments.

  • Feedback

    We believe that there is always room for improvement, so we’ll ask for your opinion on our service at the end of the assignment.
