Rate: £Commensurate with experience

Our client based in Aberdeen is looking to recruit a Payroll Coordinator on a fixed term contract. The successful candidate with have relevant experience and a proven track record of the Payroll function.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and preparing payroll data.
  • Extracting salary reports from system and capturing timesheet pay.
  • Performing manual payroll calculations.
  • HMRC correspondence.
  • Preparing monthly journal for payroll entries.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets for holiday pay.
  • Assisting with pension auto enrolment / payments / admin duties.
  • Maintaining payroll records.
