This position would be an exciting opportunity for a recent university graduate, as there will be continuous opportunities for progression within the organisation which may include pursuing a career in broking at some stage in the future.

Your primary function is to provide administrative support, however other duties may include:

• Contract document tracking.
• Charter hire invoice and purchase order queries and payment expediting.
• Cost allocation and analyses work.
• Vessel availability and position checking.
• Database entry and maintenance.
• Vessel charter rate bench marking and reporting to clients.
• Maintenance and establishing document templates.
• Assisting market analysts with collating and preparation of market data and presentations.
