Assistant Regional Controller - VR/19056
Assistant Regional Controller required to join oil service company based in Dyce. This permanent position is a fantastic opportunity for a fully Qualified Accountant to join the company in a vital role for the succession planning in the region.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Controller, main duties include:
- Assisting with the management of the Finance Department including direct supervision of Assistant Accountants and AP Supervisor.
- Preparing Monthly Management Financial results.
- Reviewing and approving balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensuring compliance with SOX controls.
- Statutory and tax reporting.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by Regional Operations Controller.
Experience in a similar role is essential along with strong leadership skills. Experience of accounting for international locations and an understanding of accounting standards is also essential.
