Finance / Office Assistant - VR/19195
Our client based in Aberdeen is looking for a Junior Finance / Office Assistant to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will have a good level of computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Invoicing clients on a monthly basis.
- Providing monthly estimates for clients when required.
- Creating quotes and consultant rates forms specific to country requirements.
- Assisting Logistics and Management Team when required.
- Office administration.
- Monitoring social media.
- Facilitating various travel requirements for clients.
