Our client based in Aberdeen is looking for a Junior Finance / Office Assistant to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will have a good level of computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Invoicing clients on a monthly basis.
  • Providing monthly estimates for clients when required.
  • Creating quotes and consultant rates forms specific to country requirements.
  • Assisting Logistics and Management Team when required.
  • Office administration.
  • Monitoring social media.
  • Facilitating various travel requirements for clients.
