Our client, based in Aberdeen City Centre, is looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their team on a part-time temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices and expense claims.
  • Setting up purchase ledger payments.
  • Setting up payroll payments.
  • Processing payroll journal in Sage.
  • Reversing prepayments journal in Sage.
  • Ad hoc journals in Sage.
  • Sales invoicing for non-vibration projects.
  • Credit control.
