Internal Sales Specialist - VR/19421
Our client, based in the City Centre, has a requirement for an Internal Sales Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients and other departments regarding enquires, securing orders and contract execution.
- Occasional client visits when required.
- Interacting with internal Corporate Departments.
- Processing internal applications.
- Ad-hoc duties including administration, delivery coordination and chasing overdue invoices.
- Maintaining customer files and issuing accurate shipping / customs documentation.
- Month end accounting duties.
- Inventory checks on site at yards inside / outside the UK if required (not frequent).
Applicants to this role should offer:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of international trade, customs clearance regulations and trade security.
- The ability to be an organised and professional individual who works well in a team.
