Duties and responsibilities include:

• Liaising with clients and other departments regarding enquires, securing orders and contract execution.
• Occasional client visits when required.
• Interacting with internal Corporate Departments.
• Processing internal applications.
• Ad-hoc duties including administration, delivery coordination and chasing overdue invoices.
• Maintaining customer files and issuing accurate shipping / customs documentation.
• Month end accounting duties.
• Inventory checks on site at yards inside / outside the UK if required (not frequent).

Applicants to this role should offer:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of international trade, customs clearance regulations and trade security.
• The ability to be an organised and professional individual who works well in a team.
