Customer Service Coordinator - VR/19994
We are working on an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our client on a permanent basis.
As Customer Service Coordinator you will be the focal point for any existing customers.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Administering all service enquiries.
- Liaising with customers and coordinating Service Engineer visits as necessary.
- Maintaining the records and reports of costs and relevant information on a weekly / monthly basis.
- Ordering necessary materials for service requests.
- Maintaining customer relationships, internally and externally.
Applicants to this role should offer the following:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.
- Experience in using MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
