Contracts Administrator - VR/20153
We are working with our client on a new vacancy for a Contracts Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This position is based in Portlethen.
Responsible for the administration of a variety of contacts, your duties would include:
- Assisting with the setup, negotiation and monitoring of Contracts and Frame Agreements.
- Undertaking general administration of agreements, including contractual correspondence and maintenance of files to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
- Assisting with the assessment of contractor performance and service delivery.
- Advising internal parties on any contractual queries.
- Attending meetings and providing support to the Contracts Engineer.
Applicants to this role should offer experience in a similar role (ideally 5 years) and be an organised, confident individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
