Accounts Assistant - VR/20114
Our client based in Aberdeen is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.
Candidate’s applying should have strong purchase ledger experience and should be able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Purchase order processing.
- Manage and maintain healthy relationships with suppliers through timely communication.
- Follow up on invoice queries.
- Take part in the payment run preparation when required.
- Prepare and invoice sales invoices.
- Assist with annual audit by collating information.
