Our client, based in Aberdeen, is looking for a part-time Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Applicants should have; strong communication skills (internally and externally), strong ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks, strong attention to detail and experience within a similar role. The successful candidate will be reporting into the Finance Manager.  

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Managing, preparing and raising all invoices (accounts payable / sales ledgers).
  • Chasing debts owed following strict company guidelines.
  • Preparing the monthly payroll.
  • Managing month / year end close processes.
  • Providing cash forecasts on a monthly basis.
  • Processing monthly expenses.
  • Strong excel desirable (not essential).
