Receptionist - VR/20104
We are exclusively supporting a centrally based client with the appointment of a Receptionist on a temporary basis. This role has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate and experience within a front of house environment would be essential for this role.
Duties will include:
- Welcoming visitors.
- Booking meetings.
- Dealing with queries.
- Filing.
- Updating records.
- Office supply inventory.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
Candidates should:
- Be flexible with regards to working hours.
- Have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Have excellent telephone skills.
- Be able to multi-task.
- Be a team player.
- Have excellent time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
