Operations Administrator / Document Controller - VR/20340
We are supporting with the appointment of an Operations Administrator / Document Controller on a permanent basis.
Previous experience within senior document control would be essential and ideally candidates should be available to start at short notice. Sharepoint experience would be essential and planning experience would be beneficial.
Typical day to day duties will include:
- Implementing document control policies.
- Acting as a system superuser.
- Dealing with any queries.
- Maintaining schedules.
- Reporting.
- Utilising MS Project.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
