Our client, an international oil service company with regional headquarters in Aberdeen is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team. With a focus on statutory reporting and implementation of accounting standards, this role would suit a fully qualified Accountant.
Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller, main duties will include:
- Preparing statutory accounts.
- Managing audit process, working closely with the external Auditors.
- Assisting with annual budget.
- Maintaining and updating any accounting standards.
Experience in preparation of financial accounts in line with UK GAAP essential. SOX experience desirable along with experience of SAP.
