Rate: £Commensurate with experience
Our client is looking for an experienced Mechanical / Pump Technician on a permanent, staff basis. This will be predominantly workshop based but there may be some offsite / offshore work involved as well from time to time as per client requirements.
The candidate will ideally have experience of the following:
- Repairing and overhauling pumps and associated parts including stripping, inspecting, repair and testing.
- Carrying out quality checks.
- SVQ or HNC Qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
- SBT01/02 assembling and installing small bore tubing with twin ferrule mechanical grip fitting.
- Pressure testing for Technicians at SCQF Level 6.
- Offshore / industry experience.
- Forklift licence.
- Lead / Senior experience.
