Rate: £Commensurate with experience

Our client, based in Aberdeen, is looking for an Invoice Administrator to join their team on a contract basis for a duration of 12 months. Candidates applying must have experience with high volumes of invoice processing and should preferably have an Oil and Gas background.

  • Preparing sales invoices (high-volume).
  • Generating sales invoices (high-volume).
  • Collating information form a variety of sources (timesheets, AX etc).
  • Ensuring compliance with contracts currently in place.
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of customer service.
  • Issuing invoices within agreed timetables.
  • The successful candidate must have a strong track record of maintaining client / supplier relationships.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
