Finance Assistant - VR/20805
Thorpe Molloy McCulloch are working with a global oil service company; the Finance Assistant will be supporting the Engineering division whilst reporting directly to the Financial Controller. Sales ledger and credit control experience is required for this role.
Overview job description:
- Supporting Engineering division, reporting into the Financial Controller.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Timely and efficient preparation of monthly sales invoices.
- Communicating with clients on overdue invoices.
- Preparing cost reports.
- Ensuring recharges are billed within timescale of client contracts.
- Assisting with coding of supplier invoices.
- Ad hoc support when required
Applicants to this role require:
- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Proactive.
- Good time management.
- Clear communicator.
- Willingness to learn.
- Team working skills.
