Thorpe Molloy McCulloch are working with a global oil service company; the Finance Assistant will be supporting the Engineering division whilst reporting directly to the Financial Controller. Sales ledger and credit control experience is required for this role.

Overview job description:

  • Supporting Engineering division, reporting into the Financial Controller.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Timely and efficient preparation of monthly sales invoices.
  • Communicating with clients on overdue invoices.
  • Preparing cost reports.
  • Ensuring recharges are billed within timescale of client contracts.
  • Assisting with coding of supplier invoices.
  • Ad hoc support when required

Applicants to this role require:

  • Previous experience within a similar role.
