Accountant - Newly Qualified & 3-5 Years PQE - VR/20839
Working for an international engineering services firm that supports the Oil and Gas Industry, the Accountant is responsible for the preparation of monthly management accounts, all associated budgeting and forecasting and all other financial duties linked to both the company’s UK and non-UK based entities. Two permanent roles, located North of Aberdeen exist. The first would suit a Newly Qualified Accountant, whilst the second would suit a Qualified Accountant with 3-5 years PQE.
Currently reporting into the Financial Controller, the Accountant’s duties include the following:
- Preparing monthly management accounts.
- Assisting with all budgets and forecasting.
- Preparing year-end statutory accounts.
- Liaising with internal and external auditors.
- Supervision of junior team members.
Applicants to this role should hold an ICAS, ACCA or CIMA qualification and have experience within a similar role.
