Accounts Assistant - VR/20882
We have an exciting career opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a specialist in logistics, materials, marine and waste within the Oil and Gas industry. You will be supporting the finance function reporting directly to the Finance Manager. This role is based in Aberdeen (North Side) and candidates applying should have experience within a similar role. In addition, this role is also suitable for candidates that have Supply Chain / Logistics experience.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Implementing the terms of client agreement to ensure accuracy manage of client invoicing.
- Completing individual client requirements such as; cost trackers and the processing of internal charges and paperwork.
- Providing internal / external reports and information to the wider business.
- Providing excellent service delivery by responding quickly and professionally to client queries.
- Participating in the continuous improvement of customer service, processes and cost effectiveness.

- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Ability to communicate, influence and negotiate.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Computer literate.
- Positive attitude.
