Supporting the Head of Legal, who is based in the Head Office overseas, this role will be the sole legal point of contact in the Aberdeen office.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• Advising on and establishing corporate structures and presence in new areas of operations.
• Working with and managing cooperation with major international law firms.
• Advising on and handling legal disputes.
• Working with other departments in the business to explain legal concepts.
• Understanding and managing complex liability and risk scenarios

This role required a qualified lawyer with strong experience in contract law. Ideally you will have international exposure and have worked in an autonomous role previously.
