Cost Centre Accountant - VR/20973
Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment are delighted to be working with a market leading engineering company on a permanent resourcing requirement for a Cost Centre Accountant. This position will be exciting and challenging, offering a diverse spectrum of duties and responsibilities. You will be based in Aberdeen within the Cost Centre Reporting Department. Ideally, candidates should be working towards a professional accountancy qualification.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Preparing monthly management accounts including variance analysis.
- Preparing forecasts using GAAP.
- Supporting Team Lead with the compliance in monthly, quality and annual reporting requirements.
- Preparing annual budget for cost centres.
- Preparing reconciliations and analysis with relevant and appropriate back up critical analysis of the balances.
- Providing high level of service to stakeholders.
Applicants to this role require
- Part-Qualified or Fully Qualified.
- Educated to degree level.
- Proven track record of accurate analysis and analytical review.
