The successful candidate will be responsible for Commercial control of all developments ensuring that operating performance is monitored and managed proactively, ensuring weekly operative target pay systems operate effectively. 

Our client are looking for an experienced leader who is a self-starter, commands respect and has the presence to operate effectively across the organisation to include managing a team of surveyors.

The successful candidate will have minimum 5-10 years senior management exposure with  the ability to influence at all levels both internally and externally, and to inspire and develop high performing teams. The role will consistently present challenges, so entrepreneurial thinking is essential.

The successful candidate will have a “can-do” approach and be able to develop managed solutions to the expectations of a high growth business and may suit an experienced Commercial Manager looking for their next career step.  

Experience of working in the construction sector and specifically house building is a pre requisite.
