We have been tasked with sourcing an experienced Personnel Logistics Coordinator for our busy oil service client. This temporary assignment will initially last until May / June and is best suited to a confident, flexible and very capable Personnel Logistics professional who is comfortable supporting a multi-site business on a standalone basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the movements of offshore personnel to ensure business requirements are met whilst complying with relevant company / industry policies and legislation.
- Regular communication with internal / external travel, visa and training providers, as required.
- Maintaining relevant databases and personnel files, and providing periodic reports to management.
- Acting as a focal point for all personnel queries.
Ideal Candidate
- Personnel Logistics specialist with experience in a standalone role or small team.
- Oil and gas industry experience.
- Strong communicator with excellent time-management and (re-)prioritisation skills.
- Fast-paced, flexible and ideally IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE.
