Sales & Proposals Coordinator - VR/16705
Our client, based north-west of Aberdeen, has a requirement for a Sales & Proposals Coordinator to join their team for a period of up to 12 months to cover maternity leave.
Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging with clients to define their requirements and preparing proposals for all sales enquiries.
- Internal liaising throughout the proposal process to ensure full understanding of client requirements and deliverables.
- Receiving and responding to all incoming sales enquiries, by phone or through the company website.
- Taking full ownership of the proposals process, estimating the costs and timescales to meet customer requirements.
- Maintaining client throughout the process, until final delivery of product.
- Producing weekly sales reports.
