Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the coordination and execution of all quality engineering activities including continuous improvement of the quality engineering process.
• Verification and approval of process control documents and purchase orders.
• Conducting quality audits and coordination of third party inspectors.
• Coordinating quality engineering activities.
• Continuous improvement of the quality engineering process.
• Training and development of new Quality Engineers.
• Sample review of critical process routings to ensure they contain correct technical and quality information / detail.
• Liaising with certifying authority or customer inspection representatives to ensure all necessary inspection is undertaken and parts are finally released.
• Processing quality documentation and subsequently liaising with certifying authority or customer inspection representatives to ensure all necessary inspection is undertaken to facilitate the final release of parts.
• Reviewing service and production related purchase orders to ensure they contain the correct technical and quality information / detail.
• Compiling Manufacturing Quality plans and inspection and test plans on mainstream productions for customer or certifying authority approval.
• Reviewing shipping instructions and providing any required or associated release documentation.
• Conducting internal and external supplier quality audits and assisting with 2nd / 3rd party customer certification audits as necessary.
• Performing root cause analysis investigations and processing preventative and corrective actions and customer complaints as applicable.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a service or manufacturing environmental within the oil and gas industry.
• Quality Management Systems experience.
