Administrator required to join a friendly team for a client based in the city centre.

The successful candidate MUST have Sage knowledge, strong numeracy skills, computer literacy and invoicing experience.  

The successful candidate must be available at short notice.


  • General administrative tasks – answering and directing calls, mailing, sorting incoming correspondence and ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date.
  • Preparing invoices.
  • Data entry – maintaining electronic and hard copy filling system.

Office hours are 08:00 – 16:30 (Monday – Friday)
