Training Coordinator - VR/17468
Our client is seeking a flexible Training Coordinator to support their local business, initially on a short-term basis.
Based on the south side of Aberdeen, this assignment manages the company’s training needs, liaises with external training providers and runs internal training courses using existing company material.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learning company training material, delivering internal training for new employees and existing staff as per training plan.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant company and industry training requirements, updating and maintaining training records.
- Arranging external training as required.
- Supporting Management Team and adhering to appropriate budgets.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in a similar role, with a track record of delivering training to groups of employees.
- Immediate availability, or available at short notice.
- Ability to work independently and to strict deadlines.
- Disciplined, flexible, confident, compliant.
For the right individual there is potentially longer-term employment with the business.
