The Internal Sales Advisor will primarily be responsible for processing enquiries with an efficient and professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing customer requirements and process all enquiries in a timely manner.
• Accurately entering customer orders into the ERP system.
• Issuing quotations in line with all pricing and agreements.
• Reviewing customer orders to ensure alignment with quotations.
• Developing customer relationships to build knowledge of their business needs.
• Advising customers in a timely manner of any changes to products or deliveries.
