The ideal candidate will have a production and maintenance background within drilling, drilling fluids, solids control etc. and come from a mechanical background.

The main requirements for the role are:

• Experience in a production and maintenance management role.
• Experience of improving production efficiency in a workshop - manufacturing and maintaining equipment- involving multiple trade disciplines.
• Experience in managing engineering activities both on and offshore.
• Experience working in a fast moving service environment.
• Ideally hold a Lean or Six Sigma Management qualification, or have lean manufacturing experience.
