Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparing of monthly reporting locally and to group.
• Preparing annual budgets and regular forecasting.
• Monthly analysis against budget and prepare flash reports.
• Managing Finance Department, including appraisals and setting objectives.
• Managing preparation of statutory financial statements and liaising with Auditors.
• Corporation tax compliance, liaising with Advisors.
• Overseeing payroll.
• Managing VAT and payroll tax filing and reconciliation.
• Fixed asset register.

Qualifications and Skills

• Holds a professional accountancy qualification (CA or ACCA ideally).
• Industry experience and / or accounts preparation experience.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Strong communication skills.
• ERP systems experience and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
