The Expeditor’s primary responsibility is to ensure products are delivered on-time and in line with contractual requirements. Other duties will include:

• Preparing and maintaining procurement plan for projects.
• Working with stakeholders to ensure cross-functional support in achieving supplier delivery.
• Supplier management – meetings, reports and documentation.
• Providing positive contribution to subcontract negotiations, to ensure commercial viability.
• Working closely with SCM and HSE Teams to ensure timely contract close-out.

Applicants to this role should offer the following:

• Previous experience in a similar Expediting role.
• Knowledge of Fabrication / Manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of contract legislation relevant to the oil and gas industry.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Experience of SAP is desirable.
