Passenger Coordinator - VR/17835
Our multinational service client are seeking an experienced Passenger Coordinator to join their customer-focused team, on a part-time basis (3-4 days per week). There is scope for this temporary assignment to become permanent and full-time in future, with Vantage experience a key requirement for the role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the complete passenger experience, from check-in to boarding.
- Overseeing relevant security checks, and supporting safety briefings.
- Maintaining accurate passenger records.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout.
- Involvement in ad-hoc duties.
Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant customer service experience.
- Experience within an Aviation-focused role/business, ideally with exposure to Personnel Logistics.
- Vantage experience.
- Flexible, professional and presentable.
