The Proposals Specialist is responsible for managing the quotation process from initial quotation through to final handover.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Acting as a Commercial Focal Point and processing information from the Business Development Team.
• Preparing cost budgets for quotations, ensuring all costs are identified and the margin is maximised.
• Organising and attending bid meetings, ensuring all relevant colleagues are in attendance.
• Ensuring all terms and conditions are reviewed by the Contracts Specialist before proceeding with bid process.
• Preparing tender documents and gathering pre-qualification information.
• Tracking and following up on outstanding quotes.
