We are working on an opportunity to join our client on a temporary basis until the end of February 2019.

Our client is looking for a Logistics Admin Assistant to join their team in the South of Aberdeen.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for organising orders and shipments globally.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating rig installations.
  • Coordinating and tracking shipment requests.
  • Coordinating the order and delivery of equipment.
  • Scheduling and tracking training sessions.
  • Assisting in the development of new and existing procedures and processes.
  • General administrative support to the team.

Applicants for this position will ideally be able to start at short notice and knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
