Logistics Admin Assistant - VR/18352
We are working on an opportunity to join our client on a temporary basis until the end of February 2019.
Our client is looking for a Logistics Admin Assistant to join their team in the South of Aberdeen.
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for organising orders and shipments globally.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating rig installations.
- Coordinating and tracking shipment requests.
- Coordinating the order and delivery of equipment.
- Scheduling and tracking training sessions.
- Assisting in the development of new and existing procedures and processes.
- General administrative support to the team.
Applicants for this position will ideally be able to start at short notice and knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
