We are working with our client on an exciting temporary opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a part time basis.

The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for entering orders, logistics support and dispatching orders.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Raising purchase orders in SAP.
  • Liaising with Supply Chain Team to confirm availability dates.
  • Liaising with Sales Team about issues with supplies.
  • Producing cargo summary tickets.
  • Liaising with Transport Team to arrange shipping.

This is an on-going temporary part time position. The successful candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be a competent user of SAP.
