Customer Service Administrator - VR/18393
We are working with our client on an exciting temporary opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a part time basis.
The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for entering orders, logistics support and dispatching orders.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Raising purchase orders in SAP.
- Liaising with Supply Chain Team to confirm availability dates.
- Liaising with Sales Team about issues with supplies.
- Producing cargo summary tickets.
- Liaising with Transport Team to arrange shipping.
This is an on-going temporary part time position. The successful candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be a competent user of SAP.
