Crewing Financial Assistant (Payroll) - VR/18426
Our client is looking for a Financial Assistant (Payroll) to join their team on a permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing expense claims.
- Informing members of crew when claims have been denied or are out of acceptance date.
- Liaising with Finance on bond stock reports.
- Updating bonuses on system once confirmed.
- Responding to email or telephone calls to the crew.
- Amending salaries for crew who are on sick leave.
- Working out salaries and training deductions for crew leavers, updating spreadsheet for relevant parties to produce P45’s.
- Dealing with change of addresses, bank details, P45 / 46’s.
- Saving sick report and leaver report to the new month after the close of payroll.
- Filing emails, expenses, promotion letters etc in each personal file.
