Global Payroll Co-ordinator - VR/18528
Our Client located in Aberdeen is looking for an experienced Payroll candidate to join their team. Working with global partners to deliver payroll to international clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contacting global partners daily to ensure accurate / timely payroll.
- Maintaining client records, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Calendar / Checklist payroll preparation.
- Preparing Monthly Governance Reporting.
- Coordinating conference calls.
- Ensuring payroll manual is relevant and used at all times.
- Reporting to Service Delivery Manager.
Ideal candidate:
- Must have a proven track record of numeric skills.
- Good level of IT literacy.
- Must be customer focused.
