Customer Service Administrator - VR/18736
We are working with our client on an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis. The position will initially be part-time hours whilst the successful candidate is in training before transitioning to full time hours thereafter.
The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for entering orders, logistics support and dispatching orders.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Raising purchase orders in SAP.
- Liaising with Supply Chain Team to confirm availability dates.
- Liaising with Sales Team about issues with supplies.
- Producing cargo summary tickets.
- Liaising with Transport Team to arrange shipping.
This is an on-going temporary position. The successful candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be a knowledge of SAP would be beneficial, but not essential.
