Our busy client is seeking a strong HR Administrator to assist them on a temporary basis. This is a maternity cover assignment, likely to last 12 months+.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of employee contracts.
  • Maintenance of employee files.
  • Absence tracking.
  • Liaising with Logistics and Payroll Teams.
  • General administration as required.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong administrative skills.
  • IT literate – sound knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Oil and Gas experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Organised and adaptable with good attention to detail.
