Training and Competence Coordinator - VR/18956
Our client is seeking an experienced Training and Competence Coordinator to support them on a short-term basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE (or at short notice).
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating employee training.
- Updating training records and reports using company LMS.
- Evaluating training and competence effectiveness.
- Supporting the review and development of new procedures.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Organised and adaptable.
- IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE.
