Extensive QC inspection experience is required along with exposure to NDT processes.  Previous machine shop / fabrication shop experience would be beneficial as well as mechanical / assembly and test equipment.  The candidate will be conversant in the use of a variety of measuring / inspection equipment and instruments.

Up to date MPI certs would also be desirable, but not an absolute necessity.
