Our client a large North East food manufacturer is looking for a Sales Co-ordinator.

 

Assisting with the following:-

  • Answering the telephone.
  • Daily sales calls/customer services.
  • Daily Sales order entry.
  • Market and customer development including cold calls.
  • Emailing/Faxing sales order confirmations/resending changes.
  • Resolve sales problems and enquiries.
  • Supporting management with general admin duties.

Personal qualities which are a necessity:-

  • excellent interpersonal skills.
  • team building skills.
  • attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • good organizational skills.
  • ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing programs.
  • time management skills.
  • self motivation.
  • French speaking (advantageous but not necessary).
