by Thorpe Molloy Recruitment
Thorpe Molloy Recruitment has been shortlisted for the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) Best Company To Work For (<50 employees) award.
Amanda McCulloch, Managing Director of Thorpe Molloy Recruitment, said: "We're particularly pleased to be shortlisted in the IRP awards because they set the bar for all recruitment professionals and companies to aspire to, by recognising corporate success and promoting best practice and professionalism in our industry. We are looking forward to the final awards where we will be represented by one of our Accountancy and Finance recruitment specialists, Cassie Connell. Cassie received a personal invitation to attend the awards following her outstanding success earlier this year, achieving top student in the IRP Certificate of Recruitment Practice assessment.
REC director of member services Anita Holbrow said: "This was a bumper year for entries to the IRP awards and the panel have been particularly impressed by the high calibre, which has made shortlisting a real challenge. It's fantastic to see so many recruiters working at the highest possible standards and we wish all of those shortlisted the best of luck."
