Finance Assistant - VR/20133
Our client, based in Aberdeen, is looking for a part-time Finance Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Applicants should have; strong communication skills (internally and externally), strong ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks, strong attention to detail and experience within a similar role. The successful candidate will be reporting into the Finance Manager.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing, preparing and raising all invoices (accounts payable / sales ledgers).
- Chasing debts owed following strict company guidelines.
- Preparing the monthly payroll.
- Managing month / year end close processes.
- Providing cash forecasts on a monthly basis.
- Processing monthly expenses.
- Strong excel desirable (not essential).
