As Board Administrator, you will be supporting on a full time, permanent basis, providing efficient and effective support to company board meetings. You will be required to organise meetings, prepare and publish meeting papers and presentations, minute meetings and follow up actions as appropriate. This role will be based in Aberdeen City Centre.

Document Controller - VR/29199

Located in Aberdeen City Centre, this Document Controller vacancy is currently contracted until end of December 2024. The role will be fully office based, working a 40-hour week. A previous background in document control is essential and specifically projects-based document control experience would be preferred.

Administrative Officer - VR/29287

As Administrator, you will be supporting a local company within the third sector on a fixed term contract basis. Your day to day will involve administration for both the fundraising and facilities team to ensure the smooth running of activities. Technical Author - VR/29179

Status: Permanent Location: Dyce – Fully Office Based Rate: Available Upon Request

**Fully Office Based in Dyce, Aberdeen** Working on a permanent basis this role will be full-time and will be responsible for creating technical literature and support the Engineering Team. Candidates should be an experienced Technical Author with technical writing experience, an engineering qualification and ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Learning & Evaluation Lead - VR/29092

Status: Permanent Location: City Centre Rate: Available Upon Request

The Learning and Evaluation Lead has responsibility for coordinating all learning and evaluation activities across a key portfolio and will ensure that programmes have sound learning and evaluation frameworks that remain aligned with the organisational mission and objectives. To be considered for this role, you must have proven ability to absorb and analyse a wide range of information, and develop the content for organisational needs. The Learning and Evaluation Lead should have knowledge within the voluntary or educational sector, and be research oriented to have the information facilitated accurately for the purposes of learning and development.
