As Contracts Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for managing a suite of contracts that are critical to day-to-day operational business; taking an active role in all stages of the contracting process, from strategy developing through to performance management.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Providing commercial support to internal and external stakeholders – covering all aspects of contracting for materials and services.
• Developing strategy, tender, analysing, negotiating and awarding contracts.
• Contributing to safety and operations efficiencies.
• Assessing contractual, financial and liability risks.
• Ensuring key contracts have comprehensive KPIs / SLA to promote positive performance.
• Meeting key contractors to ensure contractual obligations are being met.

Applicants to this position should have extensive experience in a similar position within the Oil and Gas industry, ideally with an Operator. You should be comfortable with Supply Chain Management procedures and Strategic Sourcing, Category Management and Performance Management.
