HSEQ Administrator - VR/20837
Great opportunity to join an established market leader for a variety of sectors mainly Oil and Gas, as a HSEQ Administrator. This permanent role is based in Aberdeen and offers competitive salary.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail on all associated HSE and Quality documentation.
- Reporting to the Operations Director and providing direct administrative support to the HSE and Quality Team.
- Providing administration support to the organisation in maintaining all associated HSE and Quality documentation (including controlled documentation).
- Running regular reports and reviewing actions, escalating to the Group HSE and Quality Leads where required.
- Ensuring the delivery of team objectives and training processes.
Applicants to this role require
- Good understanding of the importance of driving clear accountability in the context of compliance with HSEQ processes, procedures and standards.
- Experience and strong track record of achieving continuous improvement and increased efficiency and effectiveness in the context of best practice in HSE and Quality.
- Experience and strong track record of administration of HSE or Quality management system requirements.
