Accounts Assistant (Norwegian Speaking) - VR/20757
Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment are working with a world leader in the Industrial Gases industry. We are assisting with the resourcing requirement of an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. Candidates applying must have good knowledge of Norwegian (speaking and reading). This role will be located in Aberdeen and the successful applicant will play a vital role in supporting the UK and Norwegian entities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Purchase invoices duties for both UK and Norwegian entities.
- Providing a prompt and professional response to invoice queries.
- Assisting with intercompany account payments.
- Providing accounts payable and accounts receivable analysis.
- Supporting Administration Team when required.
- Conducting credit checks for new or existing customers and key suppliers.
Applicants to This Role Require:
- Knowledge of Norwegian (speaking and reading).
- Good organisational skills.
- Good numerical skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Strong analysis skills.
