Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment are working with a world leader in the Industrial Gases industry. We are assisting with the resourcing requirement of an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. Candidates applying must have good knowledge of Norwegian (speaking and reading). This role will be located in Aberdeen and the successful applicant will play a vital role in supporting the UK and Norwegian entities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Purchase invoices duties for both UK and Norwegian entities.
  • Providing a prompt and professional response to invoice queries.
  • Assisting with intercompany account payments.
  • Providing accounts payable and accounts receivable analysis.
  • Supporting Administration Team when required.
  • Conducting credit checks for new or existing customers and key suppliers.

Applicants to This Role Require:

  • Knowledge of Norwegian (speaking and reading).
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Strong analysis skills.
