Accounts Payable Assistant - VR/20909
Thorpe Molloy McCulloch are supporting the resourcing of an Accounts Payable Assistant for a market leading drilling contractor. The successful Accounts Payable Assistant will be tasked on ensuring an efficient and accurate process of payments. This role will be for 12 months and you will report directly to the Area Controller. A competitive salary is on offer for this post. Oil and gas experience is preferred.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring payments are made on time.
- Compliance with current accounts payable processes.
- Meeting deadlines on tasks.
- BACS payment runs (preparing and ensuring accuracy).
- Preparing weekly wire payment runs including foreign currency invoices.
- Keeping records up to date.
- Dealing with queries in a professional and timely manner.
